上海市第十人民醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心經(jīng)過上海市衛(wèi)計委審批，為國家衛(wèi)計委核準(zhǔn)的可以實施輔助生殖技術(shù)的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)。十院生殖中心以“溫和刺激加未成熟卵”為基本治療方案，同時根據(jù)患者個體情況來開展個體化的有效不孕不育治療。 我們用最少的藥物、最低廉的費(fèi)用達(dá)到生育目的，最大程度降低對女性內(nèi)分泌水平的影響，減少藥物副作用的不良反應(yīng)。同時，十院生殖中心有成熟的腹腔鏡、宮腔鏡技術(shù)，目前每年微創(chuàng)手術(shù)約3000臺，能為子宮肌瘤、卵巢囊腫、子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥、盆腔粘連、宮腔粘連所致不孕的患者提供微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療。2015年11月15日，十院醫(yī)療集團(tuán)正式成立了生殖醫(yī)學(xué)聯(lián)盟，并與韓國、臺灣的知名生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心簽訂了合作備忘錄，2015年12月15日，十院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心正式通過了上海市衛(wèi)計委組織的專家評審，并于12月23日取得了人類輔助生殖技術(shù)試運(yùn)行許可；2016年1月8日，凝結(jié)著全體十院人汗水和期待的生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心正式開張。同年11月10日，上海市第十人民醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心首例采用微刺激促排卵技術(shù)孕育的試管嬰兒順利誕生，同時，這也是世界首例在為不孕不育患者進(jìn)行剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)的同時，采集未成熟卵進(jìn)行體外成熟和冷凍，最后為其保存生育力的案例。2016年12月23日，十院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心獲得上海市衛(wèi)計委頒發(fā)的輔助生殖技術(shù)正式運(yùn)行許可。 Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital reproductive medicine center after the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Planning Commission for approval, the State Planning Commission approved the implementation of assisted reproductive technology medical institutions.
